On orders of 1,500 garments, please submit logo and garment to be embroidered for a price quote.

Hats & flatware are run on separate machines, therefore cannot be combined for pricing. Front & side logos on hats can be run at the same time, so please combine stitch count for cost.

Colors: $ . 25 per color, per garment if over 5 colors.
Packaging: Services available at $ .35 each.
Metallic Thread: 20% may be added to total of goods.

Logo Reproduction

To reproduce a customers logo, a computer disk must be produced. The charge for this is normally $85.00 - $125.00. Jacket back logos average $300. - $500.00. Call for a quote. This is a ONE TIME CHARGE! Please allow 2 weeks for your computer disk to be produced.

Standard Letter Styles

Diana Script, Brush Script, Athletic Swoosh, Helvetica Block, Century Block and Old English. There is NO SET UP CHARGE for names and titles. There is a one time set-up charge of $15.00 for stock lettering for small chest size and $$35.00 - $50.00 for jacket back stock lettering. They can be done in Multi-Colors for no extra charge. Our standard letter styles can be sewn in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 4" tall. Jacket backs in multiples of 6 only!

Names are $3.50 + $2.00 per line after the first line for small chest size per garment.

Terms

COD, NET 10 (on approved credit). Monthly interest charge of 1.5% on accounts over 30 days. A $20.00 service charge will be collected on all returned checks.

Customer accepts responsibility for shipping correct garments to Super Embroidery.
